IT Solutions

Enhance your business's IT systems with advanced technical support

Whilst the technology market is thriving, the industry is also faced with a very clear and present skills gap. IT support is the cornerstone of digital industry. Without it, organisations cannot function. Yet despite this, 48% of IT companies have declared they are under-resourced in their technical support departments.

At althaus, we teach IT Solutions apprentices to analyse, diagnose and resolve problems, making systems faster and more efficient.

How could an IT Solutions Apprentice help your business?

  • Higher levels of IT support
  • Less downtime, leading to higher productivity
  • Move towards faster, more efficient systems

With every apprenticeship, althaus works closely with you to determine the areas of your business that you want to develop, so the first part of your apprentice’s study is tailored to your organisation’s unique needs. This means the learner quickly progresses in the areas that your business needs them to, adding measurable value from the outset.

We are also the only training provider that offers a complimentary Leadership Programme with every apprenticeship. Comprising five
one-day workshops, the Learn Digital. Lead Digital. programme breaks new standards for the sector, and we believe it is an essential element in turning our learners into future leaders in digital.
