Information Communication Technicians have a range of responsibilities, including providing support to internal and external customers, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, both remotely and in person.

This is designed for those who thrive in a desk-based role, specialising in resolving system user queries and promptly addressing faults in a helpdesk environment. As a Support Technician, you’ll be the first line responder to IT issues on a helpdesk. Typical job roles include:
