About the course

Information Communication Technicians have a range of responsibilities, including providing support to internal and external customers, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, both remotely and in person.

Through this course, you will build the technical knowledge as well as the skills needed to interact with a diverse range of internal and external users of digital systems, engaging through digital channels, remote communication, and face-to-face interactions.

In this programme, you can also gain your CompTIA Network+ certification and open doors in the realm of IT infrastructure management. This certification will equip you with the expertise to tackle a wide array of tasks, including troubleshooting, configuring, and managing networks.

This pathway offers a blend of desk-based work and on-site visits, making it a dynamic choice for those who enjoy a more varied work environment. As a Network Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across both a helpdesk and in the field.
