A brand-new role in an exciting, ‘digital first’ and fast-growing organisation, with one of the strongest brands in the IT/digital training sector. We have this fantastic opportunity to join our ever-growing team with the successful candidate coming in to help run the CRM and to help althaus make the most of the sales database. This will be an opportunity to take control and stamp your mark and ideas to help the sales team and company grow.
What you can expect in a Sales Analyst role at althaus…
Collect, develop and analyse sales data to assess performance, identify trends, track progress of deals and uncover opportunities for improvement.
Report into the Chief Operations Officer and develop detailed reports to communicate findings and recommendations to sales leadership.
Customise CRM fields, dashboards, and reports to meet the needs of the sales team and management.
Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure optimal performance and data accuracy.
Generate pipeline reports to provide insights into sales forecasts, deal closures, and revenue projections.
Provide training and support to sales staff on CRM best practices and usage.
Work alongside the Chief Operations Officer to maintain day-to-day relationships with the Sales Directors and Business Development Representatives.
Support cross-functional projects and initiatives as required.

This is an office based role and will require travel to Derby (East Midlands) 5 days per week.
