The Role…

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated person to drive a new work stream by developing and growing partnerships that take our Digital Literacy offer to market.

 

What you can expect in a Partnerships Manager role at althaus:

  • You will lead, develop and maintain both existing and new partnerships and relationships with employers throughout the Midlands region.
  • You’ll drive a new work stream by developing and growing partnerships that take our Digital Literacy offer to market.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement a robust stakeholder engagement strategy to facilitate business growth and enhance relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Partner Communication: Maintain effective communication with assigned commercial partners to ensure mutual understanding of business plans and strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Contribute to identifying emerging markets, partnerships and joint ventures to achieve business growth.
  • Data Management: Implement a comprehensive system for recording stakeholder interactions, partnership groups, and opportunity engagements, ensuring efficient engagement tracking and relationship management.
  • You’ll advocate the althaus values: ‘taking ownership’, ‘unlocking potential’, ‘embracing the future’ and ‘bridging the digital divide’.

 

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • The role would suit an autonomous worker, who is able to take accountability for their work and deliver consistent results and relationships. Stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills are a must.
  • High standards of personal integrity, professional conduct and customer service.
  • Familiarity of working in a high demand environment delivering to targets and tight deadlines.
  • A high level of confidence with technology such as Microsoft Office, CRM and video conferencing platforms.
  • Ability to generate reports and carry out basic analysis on information.
  • A full, clean drivers’ licence and access to own vehicle with business insurance. The role will include some regional travel as per the needs of our clients and our business.

This is a hybrid role and will require travel to Derby (East Midlands) for meetings at least 1 day per week, so applicants will ideally be Midlands based, or within a reasonable commutable distance of Derby.

Please also note this is a fixed-term contract – six months with the potential to become permanent.
