Inspire & Educate: Train, develop, mentor, and motivate apprentices to become the digital marketers of the future. Deliver engaging online sessions, guiding apprentices through the exciting world of digital marketing – from social media strategies to SEO and analytics.
Hands-On Learning: Help apprentices build real-world skills through interactive projects, campaigns, and creative challenges.
Mentor & Support: Be the go-to guide, offering tailored feedback, encouragement, and career advice.
Stay Current: Keep content fresh by staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends and tools.
Collaborate & Innovate: Work with the Althaus team to develop dynamic learning experiences that resonate with today’s digital natives.
An enthusiastic mentor with a willingness to get the best out of people. Motivational and passionate about digital marketing, who engages learners both physically and virtually from all age ranges. You will know your learners on an individual level to be able to develop and progress their careers. Aiming not only for learners to pass their apprenticeship but to be setting high professional standards. You will act as an inspirational role model for what they can become.
Digital Marketing Pro: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content creation.
Teaching Vibes: Experience in mentoring, teaching, or coaching (minimum 2 years).
Creative Communicator: Engaging storytelling and presentation skills to keep apprentices hooked and inspired.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools, online learning platforms, and AI-powered resources.
Passion for People: Patient, empathetic, and genuinely passionate about helping others grow.

This is a hybrid role and will require travel to Derby (East Midlands) for meetings at least once per month.
