Key Responsibilities
- Working with our Head of Delivery to support the successful delivery of programmes, particularly around funding provisions for apprenticeships, skills bootcamps, and other related digital initiatives.
- Support managing a team of 7: monitor team performance and report on metrics to the Head of Delivery.
- Develop strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration on all delivery-related activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in the delivery processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and enhanced quality.
- Regularly report to the Head of Delivery on delivery progress. Use data and metrics to track performance and ensure that targets are being met.
- Ensure all programmes are compliant with funding regulations and althaus’ standards, maintaining a high level of quality in the delivery of apprenticeships and bootcamp content.
Required Skills & Qualifications…
- Proven experience in a Delivery Manager role or similar, ideally with experience working on apprenticeship schemes or skills bootcamps, and/or knowledge of funding provision models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and manage expectations with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail, particularly in ensuring compliance and quality control within funded initiatives.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, delegate, and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Understanding of funding structures, apprenticeship schemes, and/or skills bootcamps, including relevant regulations and requirements.

- Ability to work independently, drive initiatives forward, and manage multiple streams of work simultaneously.
- Team-oriented, with a strong collaborative mindset, ready to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment, with the ability to adjust and re-prioritise as necessary.

This is a hybrid role and will require travel to Derby HQ (East Midlands) at least 2 days per week.
