Althaus Digital is a leading provider of digital apprenticeships, helping businesses build the next generation of tech talent. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results driven Business Development Manager to drive our expansion and build strong relationships with new clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a proven track record in sales, business development, and stakeholder engagement.
Passionate about apprenticeships, you will have an excellent, up-to-date knowledge of the Apprenticeship Levy, experience of working with both small to medium sized enterprises. As an engaging and self motivated individual, you will also be adept at developing long term client relationships while also maintaining sufficiently high outbound sales activity to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

We want to ensure you’re the right fit for us, and that we’re the right fit for you! Our process is designed to be relaxed yet insightful.
Stage 1: A 30-minute Teams call with our Chief Operations Officer – this is all about fit and feel.
Stage 2: A 30-minute Teams call with our Head of Sales to give you an insight to a day in the life, current team, KPI’s, etc, and to get to know you.
Stage 3: An in-person interview at our office with our Head of Sales and panel. This stage may also include a fun and interactive interview activity to showcase your skills in action.
This is a hybrid role and will require travel to Derby (East Midlands) for meetings at least 1 day per week.
