Thanks to Millie, a Digital Talent Scout at althaus, the onboarding process was smooth and straightforward. She provided clear instructions and guidance on how to access the online platform and resources and promptly responded to any inquiries I had during the registration and orientation phase.

How did you find the training delivered and what support did you get?

The training delivered by our Digital Skills Coach, Neel, was truly exceptional. His expertise in the subject matter was evident in his ability to effectively engage the learners and impart knowledge in a clear and understandable manner. His interactive approach to teaching made the sessions enjoyable and kept us all actively engaged throughout the Bootcamp.

One of the highlights of the training was the use of Kahoot quizzes before and after every class. These fun activities not only served as a great way to reinforce the concepts we learned, but also added an element of excitement to the learning process. It fostered healthy competition among the learners and made the entire experience more dynamic.

Additionally, his dedication to providing support and assistance to the learners was commendable. Whenever I had any doubts or needed further clarification on any topic, he was always approachable and willing to help. His prompt responses and willingness to ensure that each learner had a smooth learning experience made the Bootcamp all the more valuable.

What was your favourite thing about the Bootcamp? What skills did you gain?

My favourite thing about the Bootcamp was the comprehensive coverage of various digital marketing topics. From social media marketing and SEO to email marketing and web development, I gained a wide range of skills that are highly relevant in today’s digital world. The training allowed me to apply these skills in real-world scenarios, boosting my confidence in digital marketing strategies.

What did you find most challenging within the Bootcamp?

Personally, I didn’t face any significant challenges during the Digital Marketing Bootcamp. Since I am currently pursuing a Masters in Digital Marketing, I was already familiar with most of the concepts covered in the programme. However, the Bootcamp was still beneficial for me as it provided extra knowledge, enabling me to apply my skills to specific situations and contexts, and it helped reinforce my understanding of the subject matter.

This experience has been really beneficial in supporting my career progression, as it has helped me bridge the gap between theory and real-world implementation.
