The Opportunity…

althaus digital are an Ofsted graded OUTSTANDING training provider who do things differently. We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Administrator to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. Based in our Derby office, you will play a key role in managing and processing data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across various systems.

Key Responsibilities…

Working closely with our Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for:

  • Exporting and generating reports from multiple data systems.
  • Combining and consolidating data from diverse sources to create a unified, accurate dataset.
  • Maintaining and updating spreadsheets with advanced formulas for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ensuring data integrity and accuracy through thorough validation and quality checks.
  • Assisting with data imports to support business operations.

If you have strong computer skills and experience with system and data administration, with unwavering attention to detail, then we want to hear from you!

Skills and Experience…

-Proven experience in handling data exports, imports, and consolidation.
– Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) with a solid understanding of formulas and data manipulation.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies or errors.
– Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
– Experience in creating “one version of the truth” by combining and standardising data sources.

This is an office based role and will require travel to Derby (East Midlands) 5 days per week.
