We are seeking an experienced and motivated Delivery Manager to join our dynamic delivery team at Althaus Digital. The successful candidate will report into our Head of Delivery and play a pivotal role in helping them drive the successful delivery of our funded provisions.

Your Role as Delivery Manager…

Reporting to our Head of Delivery, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our funded provisions are delivered to the highest standards. This is your chance to make a real difference by:

  • Working with our Head of Delivery to oversee the successful rollout of funded programmes such as apprenticeships and digital bootcamps.
  • Supporting a dedicated team, monitoring performance, and providing regular updates to ensure targets are smashed.
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to create a smooth and successful delivery process.
  • Driving continuous improvement, identifying ways to boost efficiency and improve the quality of our delivery.
  • Using data and metrics to track progress, keeping the Head of Delivery informed with clear, insightful reporting.
  • Ensuring all programmes meet funding regulations while maintaining the exceptional quality althaus is known for.

What We’re Looking For…

  • Proven experience in a Delivery Manager role or similar, ideally with experience working on apprenticeship schemes or skills bootcamps, and/or knowledge of funding provision models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and manage expectations with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail, particularly in ensuring compliance and quality control within funded initiatives.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, delegate, and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Understanding of funding structures, apprenticeship schemes, and/or skills bootcamps, including relevant regulations and requirements.
  • This is a hybrid role, based at our Derby Head Office twice per week, working from home three days per week.

What to expect during the interview process:

We want to ensure you’re the right fit for us, and that we’re the right fit for you! Our process is designed to be relaxed yet insightful:

Stage 1: A 30-minute Teams call with our Chief Operations Officer – this is all about fit and feel.
Stage 2: An in-person interview at our office with our Head of Delivery and a panel. This stage will also include a fun and interactive interview activity to showcase your skills in action.
