  • Proactively monitor and act on key performance indicators, including withdrawals, out-of-funding (OOF) apprentices, BIL, and  Off-The-Job Training (OTJT).
  • Implement timely interventions to mitigate risks and retain apprentices on programme, resolving issues within a 48-hour timeframe.

  • Manage scheduling, registers, and resource allocation to meet learner and customer needs efficiently.
  • Co-ordinate End-Point Assessment (EPA) processes to ensure apprentices successfully enter the Gateway on time

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Carry out regular progress review meetings with curriculum, skills coaches, and business development teams to RAG rate apprentices and collaborate on support strategies.
  • Work closely with business development to assist in employer recruitment, resolve issues proactively, and prevent formal complaints.
  • Establish effective working relationships across all departments to drive the service level agreement and maximise the learner experience.
  • Facilitate 100% attendance at tri-party reviews and maintain positive, proactive communication with employers.

Strategic Contribution & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive the department’s self-assessment process and contribute to the creation of yearly course reviews.
  • Role model the company’s Values in all activities.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to drive efficiencies, reduce waste, and achieve value for money.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
