We are seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing professional to join our delivery team. You will be responsible for delivering high quality teaching and training to our bootcamp learners and supporting them in achieving their qualifications and career goals.

Please note we’re planning ahead for future growth — recruitment for this role will take place closer to January 2026, but we’re excited to start connecting with potential candidates now.

The Role…

The Digital Marketing Skills Coach plays a hands-on role in guiding Bootcamp learners into the industry. You’ll bring digital marketing to life through practical teaching, real-world examples, and 1:1 support, helping learners build confidence, develop job-ready skills, and progress into exciting marketing careers. It’s a dynamic, people-focused role where you get to inspire, mentor, and make a genuine impact on someone’s future.

Responsibilities…

  • Delivering training for our digital Digital Marketing skills bootcamp provision and potentially apprenticeship programmes from time to time.
  • Managing a case load of between 20-30 learners per cohort, all from different backgrounds.
  • Take overall responsibility for each learner’s journey, their progression and provide pastoral care.
  • Improve and update teaching resources to meet developing needs.
  • Adapt mentoring/coaching style to meet the broad range of learning needs, including those with additional learning needs.
  • Maintain appropriate learner progress tracking systems and follow procedures relating to quality, compliance, management, and assessment in line with the Standard and all other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain professional knowledge to support in professional development.
  • To embed British Values, Equality and Diversity and Health and Safety into all programme delivery.

The Person…

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be highly motivated and have excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of teaching, assessing or mentoring in Digital Marketing skills bootcamps or apprenticeships.

Essential Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Relevant Digital Marketing qualification and relevant occupational competence.
  • Previous experience of assessing or mentoring in Apprenticeships/Bootcamps training.
  • Previous experience of delivering training sessions to learners.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Highly motivated, persuasive, persistent and patient.
  • Professional, have a mature personality and be able to gain people’s confidence and put them to ease.
  • Engaging Delivery Style.
  • Experience of supporting learners remotely via Zoom/Microsoft Teams.

Desirable Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Mentor/Assessing Qualification (A1/TAQA)
  • Previous experience of supporting apprentices through EPA including knowledge of the full gateway process.
  • Teaching Qualification/PTLLS.

What to expect during the interview process:

We want to ensure you’re the right fit for us, and that we’re the right fit for you! Our process is designed to be relaxed yet insightful:

Stage 1: A 30-minute Teams call with our Delivery Manager – this is all about fit and feel.

Stage 2: An in-person interview at our office with our Head of Delivery and panel. This stage may also include a fun and interactive interview activity to showcase your skills in action.

Please note this is mostly a remote role, with the expectation to visit the Derby HQ at least once per month.
