The Opportunity

althaus digital are an alternative training provider who do things differently. Our aim is to unleash the digital leaders of tomorrow by equipping our learners with the powerful combination of technical skills and leadership abilities they need to maximise their growth and realise their potential.

This is an exciting new opportunity in our business to own and drive the progression of learners on Bootcamps into employment, supported by our experienced delivery team and a dedicated employer engagement lead.

The Person

An energetic, tenacious, outcome focused person, you will have experience of engaging with learners and supporting their success. Making a positive difference to the lives of individuals will matter to you and you will be used to working across a range of internal teams to deliver a shared goal.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Engaging with learners on our Bootcamps from week 8 of a 12 week programme, and then through to six months after the completion of learning
  • Learning about their career aspirations and providing advice and guidance on potential career pathways
  • Liaising with the delivery team to stream learners and devising a tiered system of support
  • Working closely with the employer engagement lead, match making opportunity to talent
  • Maintaining accurate and timely records of your contact with learners, and providing a weekly update to the Director of Transformation
  • Proactive contribution to monthly, quarterly and annual progression targets
  • Taking a ‘digital first’ approach whenever possible

  • The role may include some travel and evening work as per the needs of our clients and our business.

Essential

  • Prior experience of supporting learners
  • Confident working with internal stakeholders across different teams
  • Experience of achieving success measures
  • High standards of personal integrity, professional conduct and customer service

 

Highly Desirable

· Experience of working in the training industry
