We are seeking an experienced and passionate IT professional to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and training to our bootcamp learners and supporting them in achieving their qualifications and career goals.
The Role…
As an IT Skills Coach, you will need to have the ability to harness the knowledge the learner already possesses and forge this into skills they can apply within the workplace.
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be highly motivated and have excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of assessing or mentoring in IT apprenticeships and/or skills bootcamps.

This is a hybrid role and will require travel to Derby (East Midlands) for meetings at least 2 days per month.
