Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Trainer:
- Deliver engaging, practical, and up-to-date digital marketing training sessions to diverse learners, including professionals, entrepreneurs, and students.
- Create and maintain lesson plans, presentations, and teaching materials that align with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Facilitate hands-on learning activities, including workshops, real-world case studies, and interactive exercises.
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure skill development and knowledge retention.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in digital marketing tools, techniques, and trends to ensure the training content remains relevant and cutting-edge.
- Mentor and support learners through their journey, offering guidance on career development and digital marketing strategies.
- Provide one-on-one or group consultations to learners who may need additional support or clarification on topics.
Internal Quality Assessor:
- Develop and implement internal quality assurance processes to ensure that training programs meet industry standards, regulations, and Althaus Digital’s internal expectations.
- Regularly review and assess course content, training delivery, and learner outcomes to ensure alignment with quality benchmarks.
- Conduct internal audits and evaluations of trainers, training materials, and learner assessments to ensure adherence to Althaus Digital’s quality standards.
- Collaborate with the course development team to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing course structure, delivery methods, and resources.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on quality assurance findings, including areas of improvement and corrective actions where necessary.
- Assist in the ongoing training and development of fellow trainers to improve their delivery standards and ensure consistency across all training programs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations, particularly in the areas of digital marketing education and training delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Background: A degree or professional qualification in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, analytics, and other digital marketing disciplines.
- Experience as a trainer or instructor in digital marketing, ideally in a formal training environment.
- Prior experience in quality assurance or assessment roles, particularly in the education or training sectors, is highly desirable.
- Certifications:
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar industry-recognized digital marketing certifications are highly preferred.
- Quality assurance certifications (e.g., ISO 9001) are a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging way.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly in reviewing and assessing course content, delivery, and outcomes.
- Proficient in the use of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, SEO tools, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

This is a hybrid role and will require travel to Derby (East Midlands) at least 2 days per month.
