The aim of this role is to train, develop, mentor, and motivate apprentices to become the software developers of the future. Harnessing knowledge the apprentice already possesses and forging this into skills they can apply within the workplace.
The focus is to produce digital leaders of tomorrow, not only training apprentices to a point where they can achieve their End Point Assessment but developing them to become integral members of their wider working team and ultimately positioning them to be the future leaders. Mentoring and motivating apprentices through a range of physical and virtual workplace visits to ensure they are gathering the best evidence to put into their portfolio of evidence. Content creation will be a key aspect of this role, creating engaging content to motivate and further develop apprentices. We expect all staff to conduct themselves in a manner that promotes great customer service to build a long-standing relationship. The role will include regional travel to meet the needs of our apprentice’s location and business requirements.
